Under the terms of the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000 you have a cooling off period of 7 days in which to change your mind. Please note we will be happy to refund your account with the cost of all or part of your order if products are returned in re-saleable condition. Unfortunately delivery charges cannot be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Scots law shall apply to these Terms and Conditions, notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are based. You irrevocably agree that the Scottish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, and for these purposes irrevocably submit all such disputes to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts. The place of performance of the contract created by your use of this Site subject to these Terms and Conditions shall be Scotland.
